Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight! The beachfront rooms were stunning, offering a large terrace with a dining table and chaise lounges right by the beach, providing amazing views and a modern, beautifully decorated interior. The service, although generally friendly, could be faster in certain areas like housekeeping and restaurant service by the sea. The location is brilliant with a long curving drive along the Mediterranean, but the smoking policy may be unacceptable to non-smoking guests. The dining experience, separated from the rooms and featuring impressive staff like chef Ghada and Waitress Amal, offers a good range of options. Overall, the hotel provides a mix of highlights and drawbacks worth considering.

The hotel exceeded my expectations with its superb room quality and convenient location near a multistorey mall and spacious underground parking. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. The only downside was the chilly weather by the coast of Alexandria.
Staying at this hotel was an absolute treat! The rooms were incredibly relaxing, boasting a great interior design, comfy beds, and a spacious bathroom. Direct access to a multistorey mall and ample underground parking added to the convenience. However, our room overlooked other units, and the wardrobe light was a bit bothersome staying on all night.
My stay in the Four Seasons Suite was extremely clean and very comfortable, thanks to a technical error from the booking application. The rooms were relaxing and calming. The service was different compared to other hotels and stood out for the great teamwork by the exceptional staff members. The location by the coast of Alexandria was exceptional, although the smoking-only area was not acceptable. The dining experience, especially when Osama made us beautiful fresh crepes, pancakes, and waffles, was lovely with excellent seafood by the beach. The facilities were both very nice.
The hotel rooms were really comfortable with perfect design and spaciousness, featuring a huge bathroom and a useful kitchen, granting direct access to both the beach and the pool, which looked amazing. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, adding more flavor to our stay, especially Mr Michael, the restaurant manager by the beach where we had our delicious breakfast. The location was beautifully decorated with a great sea view and very convenient for business travelers and holidaymakers, nestled in the heart of the city with plenty of local attractions around. The dining experience was exceptional with lots of varieties to choose from. The facilities were top-notch, offering a high-quality experience overall.
